Story
40 years ago Jack Niemann created a restaurant called Black Forest
Steak and Schnitzel House on King George highway in White Rock,
since then it has evolved into 35 restaurants offering Jack's recipe
for success; High quality food and service at a reasonable price.
Today Jack has taken the most popular recipes from the Black Forest
Steak and Schnitzel House, streamlined the process and created
Schnitzelz. Here he offers his customers tried and true recipe
favourites in a quick-service style restaurant atmosphere without
compromising food quality.
A New Way to Eat an
Old Favourite
A product that stood the test of time, Jack offers these classic
schnitzel dishes in a new and creative way. Made with boneless
tender, extra lean pork loin cutlets dipped in a seasoned tempura
batter and lightly cooked in a non-hydrogenated Canola oil (contains
no cholesterol, no trans fats and is low in saturated fat). The
taste is light, crispy and unlike any schnitzel you've tasted
before. Add Jack's famous garlic mashed potatoes or skinny fries
with
bean and cucumber salad and you get great, wholesome food served
